ONE OF MY BEST WORK .

Nursing has been a very important chapter of my life. Most of the time I spent it nursing patients, I also spent it figuring out how to MAKE THE BEST OUT OF NURSING.

Positive Psychology gave me all the tools to do it. I realised quite soon what was making the difference in nursing: the relationship in between nurses colleagues.

The method I resumed in a very few minutes, is made of 4 steps: KIND, COLLABORATIVE, EXPERT AND HAPPIER TOGETHER. It is the results of my passions and I truly believe It could help nurses making of nursing a better place.
